At Greenwoods State Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, team members and communities we serve, are our top priority. Given the evolving concerns around COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) and to help support community health management efforts, of social distancing, we are temporarily suspending lobby access at all of our branch locations. These changes will go into effect Tuesday, March 17, 2020. We plan to resume full branch access on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, subject to public health conditions at that time.
Further, we continue to offer many options to serve your banking needs:
Online and Mobile Banking
We encourage you to manage your accounts, using online and mobile banking apps. These 24/7/365 services allow you to safely view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks and more – all without leaving the comfort of your home.
Drive Thru and Night Deposit Box Services
Our drive thru services will remain available during regular hours and offer most banking services. If you don’t have a vehicle, you are welcome to visit our drive thru locations on bicycle or as a pedestrian. For your safety, we recommend using the lane closest to the building and ask you to be alert to other traffic. Customers may also continue to use the night drop boxes available at our locations as well. If a branch location does not have a drive-up facility, customers will be redirected to our nearest branch location with a drive-up.
Our ATMs, located outside of branch lobbies, are accessible 24/7/365. Several of our Greenwoods State Bank’s ATMs allow you to deposit cash and checks directly into your account. Those deposit accepting ATM machines are located within Lake Mills, Burlington, Waukesha and Lake Geneva.
As always, you are welcome to call our branches offices and speak with a team member. Numbers can be found at greenwoods.bank under the location tab. Please note, you may experience an extended wait time due to high call volume. Your patience is appreciated.
For current customers, who may have a Certificate of Deposit maturing, require maintenance to their accounts or would like to open additional accounts, we may be able to accommodate those requests remotely via telephone discussions. Please reach out to discuss those options with your branch locations.
Our leadership team is closely monitoring this evolving situation on a daily basis. We have preparedness plans in place, and we will continue to follow the precautions issued by governmental health agencies.
Visit our website for the latest updates on the Coronavirus, with regards to the banking offices. Thank you for entrusting us with your business. Your safety and that of our team members and their families is of the highest concern, so we appreciate your understanding.
