Therefore, at this point, we plan to continue to service our customers through the drive-up only, with the same reduced hours. We plan to reopen the lobby by appointment only beginning on June 8th with enhanced safety measures for our team members and customers. Further, we will continue to put into place additional safety measures within the lobby which will allow for us to reopen at some point in the near future. Online and Mobile Banking
We encourage you to manage your accounts, using online and mobile banking apps. These 24/7/365 services allow you to safely view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks and more – all without leaving the comfort of your home.
Drive Thru and Night Deposit Box Services
Our drive thru services will remain available during regular hours and offer most banking services. If you don’t have a vehicle, you are welcome to visit our drive thru locations on bicycle or as a pedestrian. For your safety, we recommend using the lane closest to the building and ask you to be alert to other traffic. Customers may also continue to use the night drop boxes available at our locations as well. If a branch location does not have a drive-up facility, customers will be redirected to our nearest branch location with a drive-up.
Our ATMs, located outside of branch lobbies, are accessible 24/7/365. Several of our Greenwoods State Bank’s ATMs allow you to deposit cash and checks directly into your account. Those deposit accepting ATM machines are located within Lake Mills, Burlington, Waukesha and Lake Geneva.

For current customers, who may have a Certificate of Deposit maturing, require maintenance to their accounts or would like to open additional accounts, we may be able to accommodate those requests remotely via telephone discussions. Please reach out to discuss those options with your branch locations.
